| Status | Meaning |

| New request | We received it and are checking availability. |
| Confirmed | Price confirmed; a vehicle is being assigned. |
| Assigned | Vehicle and driver are set. You can see the plate and driver. |
| Driver en route | The driver is heading to pickup. |
| At pickup / In transit | Loading done; on the way to delivery. |
| Delivered | Handed over with proof of delivery. Please confirm. |
The job page refreshes by itself. While the job is active it shows the driver's phone (tap Call) and their last location. You also get SMS updates at key steps.
