From request to invoice in six steps
- 1 · Request
Book in the Client Portal in five quick steps: vehicle, where, when, cargo, review. Or use the quick request form, a phone call or WhatsApp.
- 2 · Confirm
Our dispatcher checks the load and route and confirms the price by SMS: within 15 minutes for urgent jobs, within 2 hours for others.
- 3 · Assign
The system suggests our owned fleet first. If no owned vehicle fits, a vetted partner with valid documents gets the job.
- 4 · Track
See the driver's name, phone and plate, live status and last location. You also get SMS updates at each step.
- 5 · Deliver
The receiver signs on the driver's phone, with photos. You confirm in the portal, or raise a problem within 48 hours.
- 6 · Invoice
You get an eTIMS invoice per job or per month, with PO numbers, and can pay by M-Pesa or bank.
What happens on our side
- Owned fleet first: our own vehicles take priority work, for control and consistency.
- Smart partner matching: when we use a partner, the best-scored vehicle gets the offer. The score covers distance, punctuality, ratings, reliability and Goods-in-Transit cover. Partners have minutes to accept, or the job moves on.
- Compliance gate: a vehicle with an expired NTSA certificate or insurance is blocked automatically.
- Exceptions: breakdowns and delays reported by drivers alert our dispatcher instantly, and you're informed.
How partners earn
- Register and upload documents for your vehicles and drivers.
- Sign the agreement online and pay the listing fee.
- Once approved, receive job offers by SMS with the payout shown.
- Accept, assign your driver, and complete the job in the Driver App.
- Get paid weekly to M-Pesa or bank.
