- When a job is delivered, open it. You'll see who received it, the signature and photos.
- If all is well, rate the service and tap Confirm delivery.
- If something is wrong, tap Report a problem and describe it (for example "3 cartons missing").
You have 48 hours. After that, the job is signed off automatically. Download the delivery note from the job page at any time.
