- You get an SMS and a notification with the route, date, cargo and your payout.
- Open Job offers. The timer shows how long you have: 15 minutes, or 5 for urgent jobs.
- Choose your driver and tap Accept, or Decline to pass it on.

- Set an accurate base location for each vehicle.
- Arrive on time and accept offers you can do; both raise your score.
- Ask drivers to complete every step in the Driver App; it protects your ratings.
