M-Pesa prompt (where enabled)
- Open the invoice and tap Pay with M-Pesa.
- Enter your Safaricom number and tap Send payment prompt.
- Enter your M-Pesa PIN on your phone. The invoice updates when payment is confirmed.
Paybill or bank
Use the payment details printed on the invoice and quote the invoice number as the account or reference. Finance records the payment against your invoice.
Arex Spectrum will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN by phone or message.
